If the client fails the driving test Birmingham Driving School will pay for ALL subsequent DVSA Driving Test fees (currently £62) until the client passes the Driving Test.
To qualify for this offer the client must:
Have a minimum of 30 hour tuition with Birmingham Driving School
Of which 8 hours must be within the 4 weeks immediately prior to the Driving Test appointment
And will include a 2 hour lesson in the 3 days immediately prior to the Driving Test appointment
Pass a mock Driving Test with Birmingham Driving School in the 4 weeks before their Driving Test cancellation date.
Take the Driving Test in a Birmingham Driving School car during a 3 hour session that will include a 1.5 hour practice / preparation session immediately followed by the Driving Test, (this condition will also apply to all subsequent Driving Tests taken under the terms of this offer).
Between Driving Test appointments the Client must continue with driving lessons with Birmingham Driving School at a minimum average of 2 hours per week, to include a 2 hour lesson in the 3 days immediately prior to the Driving Test appointment.
The client is responsible for all tuition fees, and the fee for the use of the car for the Driving Test.

If the client fails the Driving Test and has fulfilled the criteria below, Birmingham Driving School will pay the DVSA fee for ALL subsequent Driving Tests (currently £62) until the client passes the Driving Test
To qualify for this offer the client must:
Have received a minimum of 30 hours of practical driving tuition from Birmingham Driving School within the 30 week period immediately prior to the Driving Test.
Maintain continuity of driving lessons, by having a minimum average of 2 hours of tuition per week during the 4 week period immediately prior to the Driving Test; including a 2 hour lesson during the 3 days immediately prior to the Driving Test to ensure that the clients abilities are current, and that they are not ‘out of practice’.
Have passed a Mock Driving Test with Birmingham Driving School within the 4 week period immediately prior to the DVSA cancellation date for the Driving Test.
On the day of the Driving Test have a 3 hour session, to allow for a 1.5 hour practice and preparation session immediately followed by the Driving Test.
All driving lessons taken to qualify for this offer must be with the same Driving Instructor, this offer is not transferable between Driving Instructors.
If the client fails the Driving Test and has fulfilled the criteria above, Birmingham Driving School will pay the DVSA fee for ALL subsequent Driving Tests (currently £62.00) until the client passes the Driving Test, subject to the following conditions.
All Driving Tests booked under the terms of this offer:
The 2nd and any subsequent Driving Test appointments will be booked by Birmingham Driving School, and will only be booked at a test centre within a reasonable travelling distance of Birmingham. (we will not refund any money if the client books the Driving Test themselves).
We will endeavour to obtain the earliest appointment for the Driving Test, subject to DVSA rules on retests, and the availability of the client and their Instructor.
Driving Tests will only be booked on a weekday, (weekend tests might sometimes be possible to arrange, subject to the client paying the difference in the Test fee).
All Driving Tests will be taken in a Birmingham Driving School car, with a Birmingham Driving School Instructor. On the day of the Driving Test the client will have a 3 hour session, to allow for a 1.5 hour practice and preparation session immediately followed by the Driving Test.
Driving Test appointments cannot be altered by the client without the permission of Birmingham Driving School.
To remain eligible for this offer the client must:
To ensure that the client’s abilities remain current, and they do not get ‘out of practice’ they must continue to take driving lessons at a minimum average of 2 hours per week for the period of time between Driving Tests, to include a 2 hour lesson during the 3 days immediately prior to the Driving Test
Help to ensure test readiness by organising the lessons taken between driving tests to avoid any long periods without driving lessons in the period immediately prior to the driving test appointment (if lessons are not spread evenly, they should be ‘weighted’ towards the final weeks / days prior to the driving test appointment)
Your driving instructor will advise you on the suitability of any planned course of driving lessons.
All driving lessons leading up to the 2nd and any subsequent Driving Tests, must be taken with the same Driving Instructor that prepared the client for the 1st Driving Test, this offer is not transferable between Driving Instructors.
The client will be responsible for the cost of all Driving Lessons taken between the 1st, 2nd and any subsequent Driving Tests, and for the cost of the use of the Driving School car for the Driving Test.
Birmingham Driving School, will continue to pay the DVSA fee for all Driving Tests until the client successfully passes the driving test, provided all of these conditions are adhered to.
Failure to abide by the terms of this offer could result in:
A Driving Test appointment being cancelled or rearranged.
The client being required to pay the DVSA test fee.
The offer becoming invalid.
